Vegan Food Trucks across the USA!

Recently I experienced a wonderful vegan dining concept in New York City! As I researched this phenomenon further, I found that it exists in various forms across the country! I’m talking about vegetarian and vegan food trucks!

In New York City, the Cinnamon Snail food truck (Cinnamon Snail) offers gourmet meal options for a vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also offer a large variety of vegan desserts and snacks. Their website includes a calendar with the dates that they will appear at various locations throughout the city. Some of the menu items offered are breakfast burritos, Korean BBQ seitan sandwich, cupcakes, and vegan spinach pie. I have tasted their Korean BBQ seitan sandwich and vegan raspberry doughnut and loved them!

Boston has a vegetarian food truck of its own called “Clover Food Lab”(Clover Food Lab). However, they offer several vegan options, such as a chickpea burger rollup and a BBQ seitan sandwich. My past visits have given me the opportunity to try every vegan option on their menu. Everything was fantastic!

Providence, Rhode Island visitors can experience the goodness of “Like No Udder”(Like No Udder) vegan soft serve ice cream. This vendor frequents many veggie events throughout the Rhode Island and Boston area. I have been fortunate enough to try their soft serve chocolate and vanilla twist in a cone and a creamsicle soymilk shake. Their vegan ice cream treats are really tasty!

Connecticut offers its own vegan food truck called “GMonkey”(GMonkey) which visits different stops around the Hartford area. This vendor is next on my stop!

I’m sure there are more vegan or vegan-friendly food trucks across the country which I have not mentioned. However, I wanted to give a nice roundup of most visited regions. My other goal for mentioning these particular food trucks was to give everyone a ‘taste'(pardon the pun) of the various types of offerings(vegan hot dogs, vegan burgers, ice cream, entrees, baked goods).

In addition to my list, there are numerous food trucks across the country which are not vegan or vegetarian but still offer a few veggie-friendly items on their menu.A couple of examples are the Desi Food Truck in NYC(Desi Food Truck) offering vegan Indian options and the Mandoline Grill Food Truck(Mandoline Grill Food Truck) in Los Angeles offering Vietnamese vegan options.

As you travel throughout the USA, remember to search for these vegetarian or vegan food trucks. The quality of their food is phenomenal, as is the variety of their options!
