I am constantly searching for vegan, packaged food items to bring with me on my holidays. I sampled four of the Tasty Bite, pre-packaged meals. They offer Indian and Thai cuisine. I received several Indian meals. The Spinach Dal contains yellow lentils and light spices. It is one of my favorite Indian meals in general and this version did not disappoint! It was filling indeed. The next one I tried was the Bengal Lentils. Now growing up as a person of Greek decent, I am quite knowledgeable when it comes to delicious lentil dinners. This one was delicious indeed! The lentils were cooked in gravy of herbs and spices. The Tasty Bite sauce was phenomenal, as were the aromatic spices. The Punjab Eggplant was my third meal. The braised eggplant in a spicy sauce succeeded at keeping my expectations high. This was another flavorful meal, yet again from Tasty Bite! Lastly, I sampled the Bombay Potatoes. These morsels of tasty goodness contain potatoes and chick peas with a sauce of onions, tomatoes, and spices. I enjoyed this meal as well. The company even offers rices and sauces. I sampled those also. What wonderful complements to your meals!
Packaged, pre-made food does not always have a good reputation or good taste. However, there are exceptions. Tasty Bite is an exception! Every Tasty Bite meal left me craving to try more of their options! They offer great products and a huge variety for the consumer. I enjoy their superb meals and their delicious, spicy sauces. I am not just saying because I received samples. I honestly feel that these meals make excellent choices as foods to bring with you on your travels.
